Expert Witness Pricing

Crew’s Expert Witness team charges an hourly rate for report writing and court attendance.  Crew have an upper limit of hours chargeable in line with SLAB guidelines of 6 hours. Most of the cases we undertake do take more than 6 hours, therefore we require a sanction to cover this amount before proceeding.

REPORT WRITING £82 per hour (up to £328)

COURT ATTENDANCE £82 per hour (up to £328 for a full day)

TRAVEL AT COST (by public transport wherever feasible) or BY CAR at 45p per mile

OVERNIGHT STAY, REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION AT COST PLUS £40 PER DIEM
